The Consulate General of Japan in San Francisco’s Japan Information and Cultural Center (JICC) has an opening for the position of Coordinator for Public Relations. The Coordinator for Public Relations works closely with consulate officers and other local staff to promote greater interest in and understanding of Japan and Japanese culture in Northern California and Nevada.

In addition, she or he also works as part of the General Affairs Section and supports the leadership of the Consulate to implement initiatives to strengthen ties between Japan and the U.S. in the Consulate’s jurisdiction.
