Job Title 1: Sales Account Manager

• Sales Account Manager – Job Description: 
  • Deliver sales performance in line with company’s objectives.
  • Develop and Execute sales activities efficiently.
  • Act as an expert of the Company’s products, therapeutic diseases and health enhancement knowledge to boost sales performance.
  • Possess regulatory professional and market information to work and negotiate with distributors.
  • Complete sales reports and send to HQ.
  • Manage sales team and achieve individual sales target.

• Sales Account Manager – Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Over 7 years working experience in sales account officer, familiar with pharmaceutical and/or supplement industry, and/or familiar with channels of hospitals and/or pharmacy.
  • Experience with conducting customer product demonstrations as part of the sales process.
  • Familiar with Physician Practice administration, patient accounting, business development.
  • Mature, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Management Experience will be a plus.

Job Title 2: Sales Specialist

• Sales Specialist – Job Description:
  • Deliver sales performance in line with company’s objectives.

  • Over 3 years working experience in sales account officer.
  • Familiar with pharmaceutical and/or supplement industry, and/or familiar with channels of hospitals and/or pharmacy.
  • Familiar with Physician Practice administration, patient accounting, business development will be a plus.
  • Mature, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

Job Title 3: Medical Advisor

• Medical Advisor – Job Description:
  • Respond to medical and scientific questions and enhance the development of customers’ relationship.
  • Provide medical and scientific training and updates to the sales team.
  • Ensure sales and marketing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice.
  • Deliver quality medical education and scientific presentations in a variety of internal and external settings.
  • Identify and develop key thought leaders for medical education and clinical research opportunities.
  • Provide medical and product expertise towards defense of marketed products (regulators, NGOs, press, etc.)
  • Write, revise, and review labeling documents for products per relevant SOPs
  • Provide medical support towards processing of spontaneous/solicited AE reports, per relevant SOPs and/or working practices.
  • Act as back-up of sales director when requested and needed.

• Medical Advisor – Job Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in science or pharmacy or nurse with minimum 2 to 3 experience of working with medical Communications (hospitals or pharmacy).
  • Experience in relevant clinical trial practice would be preferred.
  • Basic knowledge in pharma economy, clinical trial legislation and regulatory laws.
  • Knowledge of local, regional and international regulatory requirements as applied to product development, promotional activities, and pharmacovigilance.
  • Creative thinking and effective interdisciplinary collaboration with other functions.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across teams.
