Job Position: Planning & Marketing Support Specialist
Job Description:
Japanese manufacturing company in NJ is looking for Planning & Marketing Support Specialist.
Job Duties:
Runs monthly forecast updating process:
– Collects and updates forecast from Sales department
– Validates system generated forecast
– Prepares forecast accuracy reports and analyzes the accuracy for the previous month
– Prepares and distributes exception report and analyzes the exception and change
– Runs the consensus forecast meeting with Sales, Marketing, and Business Planning division
– Summarizes final forecast and generates/distributes the final report
Term:
Temporary staff assignment. The position is expected to be long term.
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
– Japanese & English Bi-Lingual Capability.
– Strong computer skill, especially Excel.
