The book will be more than just nabe recipes; we aim to introduce Japanese eating culture and regional cooking to an American audience.<\/p>\n<p>We need a part-time researcher who&#8217;s smart, curious, responsible, passionate about Japanese cooking, and fluent in both Japanese and English. Journalism experience isn&#8217;t necessary, but prior research work is a plus.
