The magazine is beginning as a quarterly centered on <span id=\"lw_1252617672_2\" style=\"background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 0%; cursor: pointer;\">Seattle<\/span>, but, the economy willing, it will expand both its focus and its readership in 2010.
