Successful finance executive seeks motivated and diligent person to work as a full-time Personal Assistant in the home for him and his wife. The candidate should be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment and love a challenge. The Executive and his wife are extremely busy and are looking for a Personal Assistant to help manage their time more efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal Assistant, be resourceful, thoughtful, and have a strong work ethic.<\/p>\n

This is the couple’s first time having a dedicated Personal Assistant so they are not accustomed to having a senior level professional Personal Assistant in this role. They are embarking on the next phase of their lives and they are looking for someone who possesses a solid foundation of assistant skills to support them and the role will evolve as their lives do.*****<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n-General administrative duties (filing, faxing, phones)
\n-Making appointments and maintaining busy calendars
\n-Paying bills and bookkeeping; coordinating with accountant
\n-Coordinating travel arrangements for family
\n-Monitoring and tracking monthly expenses
\n-Maintaining IT and email accounts
\n-Ad hoc projects
\n-Personal errands
\n-Event planning, vacation planning, coordinating with charities
\n-Anticipating needs in hectic situations
\n-Gift buying, RSVP for events on behalf of family
\n-Working with Executive’s assistant in the office to manage calendars<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ideal candidate for this position will possess:
\n-Ability to speak Japanese preferred but not required
\n-Strong ability to anticipate needs
\n-Belief that no task is beneath them
\n-2+ years experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
\n-NY savvy
\n-Ability to interact with individuals at all levels
\n-Excellent follow-up skills, positive attitude
\n-Excellent references from previous employers<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

SALARY
\n(DOE) + Discretionary Bonus<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

HOURS
\n9am-5pm<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
