The Komeito party\u2019s important because both the LDP and the Komeito\u2019s policies should be politically in sync. Here\u2019s what the newspapers reported about Komeito\u2019s Secretary General, Kitagawa-san.<\/p>\n Nikkei<\/strong> \u201cThe chance for a snap election is when the economy bottoms out\u201d<\/em> The Nikkei reported that Kitagawa-san said, \u201cThe bill for the 2009 budget needs to be passed before we try to do a snap election.\u201d As to exactly when that timing would be, the Nikkei hinted at the commentary made by Kitagawa-san. \u201cIn August, we\u2019ll get the numbers for the GDP for April to June.
