Description:
<\/strong>A Japanese growing Manufacturing company is currently looking for an entry level, full time, fully onsite Sales Representative to support the continued growth of its U.S. business to join their Bufford, GA location.

Candidates with previous sales experience as well as candidates with no sales experience, but are thinking of starting their sales career are encouraged to apply!!!

An understanding of Japanese culture and\/or Basic Japanese language proficiency is required!

This position will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, developing new business opportunities, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal departments and domestic and overseas suppliers.

The ideal candidate is customer focused, self motivated, persistent, and able to build strong relationships with customers in a manufacturing environment.

DOE and skills, the pay range for this opportunity would be between 50k-60k with great benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Your main responsibilities would be as follows:

\u30fbDevelop and maintain relationships with customers across purchasing, engineering, and other departments
\u30fbPromote company products and services to existing customers and identify new business opportunities
\u30fbPrepare quotations based on customer requirements, blueprints, and sourcing or manufacturing methods
\u30fbFollow up on quotations and ongoing projects to secure new business
\u30fbCommunicate and collaborate with internal departments and domestic and overseas suppliers
\u30fbRespond to customer inquiries and provide quality customer service
\u30fbMonitor backorders and shipping schedules to ensure customer due dates are met
\u30fbAssist with order entries, cancellations, adjustments, changes, invoices, and related paperwork
\u30fbConduct customer meetings in person and via teleconferencing
\u30fbResearch market conditions and new business opportunities and share relevant information with management
\u30fbMaintain accurate records and prepare reports for management
\u30fbPerform other duties as assigned by management


Please consider the following qualifications:

\u30fbHigh School Diploma or GED
\u30fbValid Driver\u2019s License
\u30fbProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
\u30fbExcellent attendance record
\u30fbExperience in sourcing and\/or manufacturing within the automotive, agriculture, or construction machinery industries is a plus
\u30fbBasic Japanese Proficiency ( Higher proficiency would be big plus)
