You own Intero&#8217;s inbound and outbound demand engine\u2014strategy, programs, and results\u2014across all lead-generating channels, including internal and external lead generation sources and vendor relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand and Owned Assets. You own Intero&#8217;s external brand presence and the assets that carry it: website, social channels, events, and webinars. You lead a team that creates assets, maintains the website, and supports the company&#8217;s overall growth and direction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thought Leadership and Client Reviews. You are accountable for Intero&#8217;s thought leadership plan and its execution\u2014working across the organization and with external partners to create and publish content and build Intero&#8217;s market presence. You partner with delivery teams to source client reviews, testimonials, and joint marketing opportunities that promote both client success stories and Intero&#8217;s own results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing Strategy and Direction. You set the strategic direction for Intero&#8217;s marketing function\u2014what we go after, how we position, and where we invest to grow the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Team and People Leadership. You lead and manage the marketing team (content, social, web, and supporting functions) and work closely with sales leadership to keep top-of-funnel output aligned with pipeline goals and to ensure marketing and sales are pulling in the same direction on revenue generation. You are responsible for people&#8217;s performance management for the marketing team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Budget Stewardship. You own the marketing budget\u2014how it&#8217;s allocated, managed, and measured against results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing and Sales Alignment. You ensure clear communication and purposeful partnership across marketing support functions, and you drive continuous improvement through regular reporting and cross-functional collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Channels and Initiatives. You identify, test, and scale new channels and initiatives that grow qualified lead volume and move the business forward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Outbound Strategy and Messaging. You help set the strategic direction for outbound targeting\u2014who we go after and how\u2014and are accountable for the effectiveness of outbound messaging and outreach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revenue Operations and CRM System of Record. You own HubSpot as a clean, trusted system of record across marketing and sales\u2014ensuring data integrity, sound pipeline structure, and reporting that gives leadership confidence in pipeline, performance, and forecasts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting and Forecasting. You are accountable for knowing what&#8217;s happening across the lead generation pipeline\u2014what&#8217;s working, what isn&#8217;t, and how it ties to opportunities and closed revenue\u2014and for communicating that clearly to leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tooling, Systems and AI. You help ensure the marketing team has the right tools for the job, with contracts kept current, appropriately negotiated, and spending actively managed.
