Description:
<\/strong>A Japanese company specializing in cutting tools is currently looking for a full time, fully onsite Inside Sales & Inventory Support Representative for their Plain, City, OH location.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, who is highly organized, is detail oriented, and wants to grow alongside our company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Offices are located in Plain City, OH, but your inventory responsibilities will require you to go to a customer site who can be up to around an hour away as well.DOE and skills, the pay range for this opportunity would be between the 46k-50k mark with amazing benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Your essential duties would include the following:
<\/strong>– Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
– Coordinate and monitor logistics activities related to customer orders and equipment delivery.
– Conduct on-site inventory checks at customer locations to ensure accurate stock levels and operational readiness.
– Manage ordering, processing, and delivery of required equipment and materials.
– Handle and transport equipment weighing up to 15 lbs as needed.
– Analyze inventory trends and data to support inventory planning and operational efficiency.
– Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding order and inventory status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Communicative
– Can both work in a team and independently
– Strong logistical\/support skills & experience
– Ability to multitask and keep track of multiple moving responsibilities
– Friendly and professional demeanor
– Order Processing and\/or Inventory Management experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Physical requirements:
<\/strong>– Ability to travel up to 3 hours round trip from our office at Plain City.
– Ability to lift 15+ pounds<\/p>\n\n\n\n
