The Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations is seeking a qualified individual to fill a vacancy of an Administrative Support Staff position. Description and Requirements are below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Job Description
<\/strong>(1) Coordinate facilities maintenance and repair schedules
(2) Supervise maintenance and repair works
(3) Assist with accounting-related operations and official events

3. Requirements
<\/strong>[Required]
US citizen or permanent resident
Business level English proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for document preparation<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

[Advantage]
Proficiency in Japanese
Experience in property management or related work

4. Employment
<\/strong>Locally hired staff (Non-exempt position)

5. Working hours
<\/strong>Monday through Friday
9:30AM-18:15PM

6. Term
<\/strong>2 years term with a three-month probation period. The contract may be renewed upon mutual agreement.

7. Salary
<\/strong>Approximately 4,500 \u2013 5,000 USD\/month
