Key Responsibilities:
<\/strong>\u2022 Translating Japanese documents to English (internal notifications, letters to external parties, various print materials, etc.)
\u2022 Assisting with the preparation of English documents (such as contracts) and coordinating with prospective foreign researchers
\u2022 Handling administrative procedures related to concluding international exchange agreements
\u2022 Providing general affairs-related administrative assistance (meetings, mail, various events, bulletin boards, joint seminars with overseas partners, etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
