CompCare Therapeutics (CCT) is dedicated to supporting families with young children experiencing developmental delays. CCT provides Early Intervention services that empower children and their caregivers through specialized therapy sessions.<br><br>CCT is seeking compassionate and reliable interpreters to assist therapists by facilitating communication between families and providers. Interpreters play a vital role in ensuring that families fully understand and engage in their child\u2019s therapy sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accurately interpret between therapists and families during sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure clear and effective communication while maintaining professionalism and cultural sensitivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support families in understanding therapy goals, exercises, and recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adhere to confidentiality and ethical interpretation standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifications: Fluency in English and Japanese. Experience in interpretation, especially in medical, educational, or therapeutic settings (preferred but not required). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
