Description:
<\/strong>The Consulate-General of Japan in New York is currently recruiting an administrative staff member. If you are interested, please send your resume by email by October 18th<\/strong><\/mark>.

1. Number of positions to be filled
<\/strong>1 position

2. Duties<\/strong>
(1) Dealing with guests at the reception desk
(2) Supervision and training of security guards
(3) Negotiations and coordination with related companies
(4) Assistance with the preparation of documents and administrative work
(5) Other duties as needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Work and Conditions<\/strong>
(1) Starting date: December 2024; exact date to be determined.
(2) Work hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. (1 hour lunch break)
(3) Leave system: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (in accordance with the regulations of the Consulate-General), annual paid vacation
(4) Compensation and benefits: Approximately $50,000 per year, commensurate with education, work experience, and other qualifications. Medical and dental insurance coverage available (with some self-payment)
(5) Place of work: Consulate-General of Japan in New York<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n



4. Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong>
(1) Eligibility to work in New York
(2) Proficiency in Japanese and English
(3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software for work
(4) Flexibility, resourcefulness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
(5) Ability to gather and analyze information
