The right candidate will also maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through various accounting, processing, and communicative activities.<br><br>The pay range for this position would be 52k and your working hours would be from 9-6 Monday through Friday.<br><br><strong>Your essential duties would include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage Maryville\u2019s core business including Pricing control and spot quotation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material Quality and PCR\/ECI management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Program launch and phase out.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshooting and team support for abnormal decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer\/ Supplier meeting facilitation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage abnormal costs, mitigate financial risks, and monitor profitability as it relates to sales and supply chain management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage and track KPIs \/ FMDS and monthly review and reporting of monthly vs. actual financial results and projections<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review quarterly reviews from our customers&#8217; &#8220;supplier report cards,&#8221; and systematically manage customer comments and complaints in an effort to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customer&#8217;s needs are being met in a timely and professional manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internal coordinating\/facilitation (material damage, accounting issues, invoicing issues, follow-ups, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support and apply SOPs correctly so to ensure TAI is compliant with all standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively engage with existing customers to identify needs and potential business opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively pursue kaizen activities and standardization measures to control costs and systematically manage these items (i.e. kaizen reports).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other duties and special projects as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please consider the following qualifications for this position:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High School GED required; bachelor\u2019s degree Preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 to 3 years of either Sales or Supply Chain experience is a must<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good verbal\/written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowing Japanese is a plus but not required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Process<\/strong>:\u00a0Please send your resume to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:carlos@919usa.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">carlos@919usa.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Posted by&nbsp;Sydney Sparrow.&nbsp;Click here&nbsp;to join&nbsp;the&nbsp;JETwit Jobs Google Group&nbsp;and receive job listings&nbsp;even sooner&nbsp;by email.
