I. JOB SUMMARY:<\/p>\n

Reporting to the IRAPS Director, the IRAPS Coordinator is responsible for data entry and maintenance of IRAPS student data base, technical support of IRAPS data base and support of the web based university directory.<\/p>\n

II. JOB DETAILS:<\/p>\n

1.\tScanning and logging of all documents in data base
\n2.\tCreation of new applicant files (paper\/electronic)
\n3.\tGeneration of letter\/email communication from data base
\n4.\tOverall maintenance of IRAPS student data base
\n5.\tPlacement of applicants into Host and Partner Institutions according to applicants request or after consultation with designated IRAPS staff
\n6.\tProvide data base\/technology support to department
\n7.\tUpdate ELSuniversitydirectory.org (former OCD) web site
\n8.\tProvide superior customer service as outlined in our Standards of Service agreement<\/p>\n

9.\tOther duties as assigned by the IRAPS Director<\/p>\n

III. STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE:<\/p>\n

1.\t Standards of Service are met for each applicant
\n2.\tAll steps are necessary to obtain undergraduate placements in appropriate schools within 45 days of receipt of the IRAPS application; graduate placements are complete within 90 days of receipt of the application
\n3.\tAppropriate maintenance of applicant file
\n4.\tProvide IRAPS application and other information and materials as requested and in a timely manner
\n5.\tProvide superior customer service as outlined in our Standards of Service agreement<\/p>\n

IV. LIMITS OF AUTHORITY:<\/p>\n

6.\tCannot make company policy
\n7.\tCannot hire or terminate staff
\n8.\tCannot obligate the company for any expenditure over $200.00V.<\/p>\n

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n

1. Education Required:\t\t\tBachelor level
\n2. Previous Experience Required:\tExperience with Microsoft Office, Customer Relations\t\t\t\t\t\tManagement Systems, and Web maintenance
\n3. Personal Characteristics:\t\tDetail oriented, strong organizational skills, \t\t\t\t\t\t\tprocessing and reporting skills, ability to work and \t\t\t\t\t\tcommunicate with all levels of management \t\t\t\t\t\t\teffectively, and exceptional customer service skills<\/p>\n
