Instructors to teach programming, software development at the high school\/junior college level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Master\u2019s degree in relevant field<\/li>
  2. Evidence of excellent teaching skills<\/li>
  3. Teaching experience<\/li>
  4. Evidence of commitment to teaching and to student development<\/li>
  5. Advanced English proficiency<\/li>
  6. Keen interest in Japanese education<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Period of employment<\/strong>:\u00a0 Two or Three-year contract beginning April 1, 2023 or June 1, 2023 <\/strong>(further extension of period of employment dependent on staffing needs of the college and instructor\u2019s performance)<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Salary<\/strong>: 6,000,000 yen annual salary in 12 monthly payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. One-way transportation to Kanazawa (return fare on completion of contract)<\/li>
    2. Shipping allowance<\/li>
    3. Health\/dental insurance for employee and dependents<\/li>
    4. Commuting allowance for those who live more than 2 km from campus<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Duties<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Teach up to nine 100-minute classes per week<\/li>
      2. Contribute to development of curriculum, teaching materials and testing<\/li>
      3. Help administer extra-curricular activities<\/li>
      4. Participate in school events and activities, meetings, and excursions<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Required Office Hours<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays<\/p>\n\n\n\n
