Inside Travel Group is currently accepting applications for Japan Specialist Travel Consultants for our offices in Bristol, with a view to joining the sales team from April 2022. As a Travel Consultant with Inside Japan Tours, you’ll put your excellent working knowledge of Japan to good use, familiarising with our range of self-guided adventures and group tours to send your clients on cultural adventures that leave them in awe, from the minute they first get in touch to the moment they land back home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Our Travel Consultants are the face of the business, and we know first impressions count. A natural people person: you’ll need confidence, charisma and the ability to engage to be at your best in this role. Exceptional communication skills are non-negotiable – you’ll win your customers round by asking thoughtful and insightful questions, interpreting their needs into tangible solutions, and by understanding how to describe emotively yet accurately what travelling to Japan with us is all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’ll do all this by providing excellent service \u2013 for your customers, this is about spending time on the things that count, and working quickly and responsively to resolve the things that matter. For your colleagues, you’ll own the sales process from start to finish, which means being highly organised and having exceptional attention to detail. Your capacity to manage competing tasks and ability to prioritize accordingly is crucial in this role. Supported by our Booking Delivery and Customer Experience teams, you’ll lead the way to ensuring a first-class experience from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
