There are also two other JET alumni in his department.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This position will require working in a fast-paced environment that touches upon multiple disciplines of business development. The associate will be coordinating with their manager to filter the information that is provided by our real estate partners and brokers. They will also be required to prepare reports, schedule meetings, plan business trips, communicate and negotiate with related jurisdictions and vendors to conduct all necessary duties and tasks associated with developing and constructing new stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essential Duties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Prepare documents and research for internal presentation for future locations<\/li><li>Archive and maintain Leases and legal documents pertaining to real estate<\/li><li>Schedules meetings, appointments, business trips<\/li><li>Work cross functionally with inter-departments (Construction, Compliance, Mechanics, Accounting, etc.) during the store development process<\/li><li>Acts as liaison between vendors, executive management and other managing partners to facilitate information flow and drive increased efficiencies<\/li><li>Assist in all activities related to real estate\/development, change orders, procurement, project updates, and scheduling<\/li><li>Takes notes, creates minutes. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Non-Essential Duties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Opens and distributes corporate mail<\/li><li>Photocopying<\/li><li>Do Mailings<\/li><li>Do Filing<\/li><li>Arrange accommodations and logistics for visitors<\/li><li>A team player<\/li><li>*Japanese language skills is a PLUS but not required<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Process<\/strong>: For more information and to apply, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indeed.com\/job\/business-development-associate-9bc9d7c4480cd3c4\" class=\"aioseop-link\">click here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Round1 Bowling &amp; Amusement is a multi-entertainment facility offering Bowling, Arcade Games, Billiards, Karaoke, Ping Pong, Darts, and another entertainment-like activities in an indoor facility complex.
