This individual is primarily responsible for managing the schedules and assisting the activities of the diplomats in the Public Affairs Section, as well as coordinating the Embassy\u2019s MEXT Scholarship Program. Please see below for a detailed listing of responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Working hours are 9:00 am \u2013 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with lunch time receptionist duty once a month and occasional weeknight and\/or weekend events (paid overtime). Salary is commensurate with experience and the skills of the candidate. Benefits include group health insurance coverage, paid time off, sick leave and an annual bonus. There is a potential salary increase based on individual performance.
