Stacy starts her day by watching\u00a0Fujisankei\u2019s newscast in Japanese, and here she offers some interesting tidbits and trends along with her\u00a0own observations.<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to all the recent rain it seems as if the summer heat has broken a bit, but I can&#8217;t wait for fall to arrive, along with its cooler temps and \u7d05\u8449 (<em>kouyou<\/em>, or leaves changing color).  Though I must say I&#8217;m not quite ready for the ubiquitous pumpkin spice marketing that has already started!   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"178\" height=\"283\" src=\"https:\/\/jetwit.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/index-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47537\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games began on August 24, and they feature over 4000 athletes from 162 National Paralympic Committees worldwide.  You can find a recap of the Opening Ceremony <a href=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/tokyo-2020\/en\/paralympics\/news\/top-moments-from-the-opening-ceremony-of-the-tokyo-2020-paralympic-games\" class=\"aioseop-link\">here<\/a>, and daily schedules\/results <a href=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/tokyo-2020\/paralympic-games\/en\/results\/all-sports\/paralympic-schedule-and-results-date=2021-08-27.htm\" class=\"aioseop-link\">here<\/a>.
