Shunzo Ohno <\/em>Runner Album Release<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

An award-winning songwriter and composer, Shunzo\nOhno is regarded as one of the most innovative and influential trumpeters today.\nHis work with jazz legends Gil Evans, Art Blakey and Wayne Shorter combines his\nfresh vibrance with a tapestry of soulful inspiring grooves, not to be missed. Runner<\/em>,\nhis 18th album as a leader, kicks off with a four–<\/strong>piece symphonic suite aptly\ntitled \u201cEpic,\u201d which takes major cues from Evans as it unleashes Ohno\u2019s\ncaptivating mastery as a trumpeter over his dynamic symphonic vision.
