J-Screen K.K. assists companies mitigate financial, legal, and criminal risks through the design and implementation of formalized, ethical and comprehensive individual and organizational screening programs.\u00a0 J-Screen reports focus on publicly available information and public records relating to companies and individuals.<\/p>\n

Position:<\/strong> Researcher \u2013 Report Editor<\/p>\n

This position is responsible for editing English language individual background screening reports and company due diligence reports.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Editing English language individual background reports and company due diligence reports.<\/li>\n
  2. Drafting and editing client emails.<\/li>\n
  3. Managing overseas information vendors.<\/li>\n
  4. Conducting English language phone verifications with overseas employers and universities as required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor’s degree or above.<\/li>\n
    2. Currently residing in Japan.<\/li>\n
    3. Native English speaker<\/li>\n
    4. Intermediate Japanese reading skills.<\/li>\n
    5. Three years working experience in Japan, ideally in a research or editor position and with a keen interest in Japanese business.<\/li>\n
    6. Experience in report editing.<\/li>\n
    7. Great attention to detail, flexibility, adapt quickly to change, and can focus and prioritize.<\/li>\n
    8. Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.<\/li>\n
    9. Mature, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.10. Ability to work independently.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Starting salary of between JPY270,000 to JPY300,000 per month depending on ability.<\/li>\n
      2. Annual contract renewal bonus of 1 month.<\/li>\n
      3. All overtime is paid<\/li>\n
      4. All public holidays off. 10 days paid leave, increasing 1 day for each year worked.<\/li>\n
      5. Enrolled in government social insurance scheme.<\/li>\n
      6. Transport allowance.<\/li>\n
      7. Working hours 9:30am to 6:30pm, 5 days a week.<\/li>\n
      8. Casual dress code.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
