The role involves working closely with the clients to meet their demands as well as leading the design direction in the U.S. market with HQ members.<\/div>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Essential Job Functions:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Designing<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Brings strong visual design skills in leading to creative and innovative online advertising.<\/li>\n<li>Leads design of U.S. and cross-border deals.<\/li>\n<li>Produces and present engaging campaign analysis for clients, demonstrating the effectiveness of planning, testing and media optimization and management.<\/li>\n<li>Shares insight and guidance to members of our creative team.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and stay current about industry news and research.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes data and cooperating with designers to create creative.<\/li>\n<li>Develops basic presentation approaches by reviewing materials and information presented by client.<\/li>\n<li>Determines production requirements by reviewing client requirements;
