J\/E Translator\/Administrator<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Our project workload\u00a0has been steadily increasing globally; we’re expanding our bilingual staff to keep up with client demands. We’re adding administrators\/translators that are able to support internal document translation between our US headquarters and global subsidiaries. Documents to be translated include but are not limited to: meeting agendas, engineering specifications, accounting reports, general email correspondence, etc.\u00a0 Some daily administrative tasks such as scheduling travel, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, planning, etc. are also expected.<\/p>\n

This position requires strong language skills (JLPT N2) and a knowledge of Japanese and American business culture. Experience within the automotive manufacturing sector is valuable for this position and technical vocabulary and experience is beneficial.<\/p>\n

A minimum of three years of relevant experience is desirable. We utilize Microsoft Office products daily so a working command of these products will serve you well.\u00a0 This full time position includes competitive benefits and is based out of Lexington, KY.\u00a0 Some domestic\/international travel required.<\/p>\n

Bilingual \u00a0Project Coordinator<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We’re working with a global automotive leader to procure third party welding and conveyance equipment from overseas. We\u2019re expanding our project management team in order to meet target schedules. We\u2019ll facilitate the design, build, buy-off, \u00a0import and installation of the target equipment at manufacturing facilities throughout North America. Monthly travel domestically and internationally is expected.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Japanese, and is capable of facilitating clear project terms to all parties. We’re looking for someone experienced in managing turn-key projects, including delivery of the actual equipment to our client’s site.<\/p>\n

Experience reading mechanical\/electrical drawings\/operating standard mechanical design software is beneficial. An engineering degree or equivalent experience is required.<\/p>\n

Previous exposure to the automotive manufacturing sector is valuable for this position.<\/p>\n

This full time position includes competitive benefits and is based out of Lexington, KY.<\/p>\n
