POSITTION: Administrative Staff (Full-time)<\/p>\n

STARTING DATE: from August 1st, 2017<\/p>\n

WORKING HOURS: 9:00AM to 5:00PM (One hour lunch break). It is subject to change including early morning, overtime, or weekends, depend on the situation and business needs<\/p>\n

DUTIES: Public Relations\/Event Coordination and general administrative duties (Duties may vary based on the school\u2019s business needs.)<\/p>\n

1) Press release and communication, media relations, production, event coordination, website maintenance and other public relation projects<\/p>\n

2) Office front desk services, telephone correspondences, mail\/package sorting, proof readings of English documents, data input\/processing, and other general administrative tasks<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION: Must have bachelor\u2019s degree and or above<\/p>\n

English and Japanese Bilingual (English native speaker is preferable)<\/p>\n

English proof reading skill<\/p>\n

Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Power point, Access)<\/p>\n

Desk Top Production (including editing) project experienced<\/p>\n

Administration work experienced<\/p>\n

Interested in website maintenance, public relation and communications and outreach activities.<\/p>\n
