Now hiring group leaders for summer abroad programs to Japan!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Experiment in International Living is currently hiring exceptional professional individuals to serve as International Group Leaders to guide our summer 2017 programs in Japan. To learn more about our programs in Japan, please visit:\u00a0www.experiment.org\/pn\/programs\/country\/japan\/<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0.<\/p>\n

Group Leaders are The Experiment\u2019s most critical on-the-ground resource, traveling alongside their group and serving as their students\u2019 primary support throughout the program.\u00a0 Each program has\u00a0two co-leaders, who work together to guide a group of 10 to 15 high school students on a 4-week journey.\u00a0 Leaders take on a wide range of responsibilities, including helping their students integrate into local cultures and host families, conducting group excursions, and guiding students through discussions of and reflections on their experiences. Leaders work with the Experiment\u2019s US-based staff and in-country partners to maximize students\u2019 health and safety and to ensure the program is meaningful, challenging, and experientially rich.<\/span><\/p>\n
