Working closely with the Corporate Giving team, this is an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in corporate fundraising at an internationally-recognized nonprofit cultural organization with a distinguished history of more than 100 years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Responsibilities Include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assisting in the development of Corporate Membership and Sponsorship marketing materials<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assisting with distribution of complimentary gallery passes to Corporate Members<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assisting with Corporate Membership thank you letters, renewals and other mailings<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Conducting research on current and prospective donor corporations<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assisting in updating donor database<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assisting at various Business and Policy Programs (evening lectures, lunches, etc.), and other Japan Society special events (gallery openings, receptions, Young Professionals Network events, etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Completing general administrative tasks as needed<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Extremely detail-oriented and organized<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Proficient in Word and Excel<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Interest in Japan and Japanese business and culture a plus<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Flexible weekday schedule, approximately 20 hours per week<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">This is an unpaid internship.
