Our travel specialist partners are the world&#8217;s best boutique tour companies and travel agencies, each one carefully pre-qualified by us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Our network of travel specialist partners comprise of the world\u2019s best boutique tour companies and travel agencies, each one carefully pre-qualified by us.This role is key to driving the growth of this network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Job Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Identify, recruit, and train new travel companies to join Zicasso\u2019s network\u00a0of third party, global travel specialist partners (boutique travel agents, tour operators, and DMCs) located in the US or abroad, that specialize in delivering custom travel experiences for specific destinations worldwide.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Research and develop a pipeline\u00a0of partner candidates in\u00a0current\u00a0and\u00a0new markets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Develop relationships and network\u00a0with travel industry players, including attending conferences, to identify partner candidates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Conduct in-depth Skype Video Interviews\u00a0to determine if a potential partner will be a good fit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Conduct onboarding process\u00a0by training new partners on Zicasso Best Practices for sales as well as website features, to achieve fast sales success.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Develop process\u00a0for scaling partner onboarding\/training through e-learning combined with personal coaching. E-learning curriculum might include consultative selling, up-selling, best practices, Zicasso\u2019s software features, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Build genuine relationships\u00a0with Zicasso\u2019s global network of travel specialist partners.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Candidates who are seeking a standard 9-to-5 job that coasts along shouldn&#8217;t apply.<\/span>\u00a0Zicasso is a fast paced, startup environment where employees are expected to proactively seek out ways to improve our product\/services. We partner with travel companies all over the world, so calls are often scheduled early in the morning or late in the evening to account for time zone differences.<\/i><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Experience in the luxury travel \/ tours industry is preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Passionate about travel and have traveled to several international destinations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Highly Desirable: You have a rolodex of contacts for travel specialists worldwide.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Bachelor\u2019s degree.
