Ideal candidates are former JETs who are eager to share their positive experience and also who keep contacts with their alma mater so they can set up own information sessions. The JET Program Office will provide a small honorarium to support transportation costs; however, please note it is very limited, so it would be best that recruiters currently reside in the area near the target schools.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Timeline<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">August: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 JET Program Office hires recruiters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Early September:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Selected recruiters schedule information sessions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">September-October: \u00a0 Information sessions take place<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">November: \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Deadline for visit reports<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Materials<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The JET Program Office will provide promotional materials, PowerPoint slides for the presentations, and talking points prior to the information session.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Schools<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Below are schools to which we are specifically interested in sending recruiters. In principle, we send one alumnus to each school.
