We\u2019re seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to work at the intersection of customers and partners, making both sides delighted with Zicasso\u2019s unique matching service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess and solve incoming client travel inquiries via email, phone and online. \u00a0(Note that this is not a call center job.)<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll be helping and working with discerning, luxury clients so your responses should be thoughtful and error-free. Interact with clients in a way that builds our relationship with them, and strengthens their confidence in Zicasso.<\/li>\n<li>Get to know Zicasso\u2019s global network of travel providers (partners) and determine the best client matches for them.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively look for improvement opportunities, and drive change to make these improvements happen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NOTE: We\u2019re seeking highly-motivated candidates: There\u2019ll be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and keep growing and learning with a strong team of A-players.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates who are seeking a standard 9-to-5 job that coasts along shouldn&#8217;t apply.<\/p>\n<p>As part of a small team, either of the roles will wear different hats from time to time; thus a can-do attitude is essential for success.\u00a0 There\u2019ll be plenty of opportunities to learn from seasoned business executives with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. \u00a0<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passionate about travel and have traveled to several international destinations. (However, this job does not require much travel for work.)<\/li>\n<li>Have project \u201cownership\u201d mentality<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building strong relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and enthusiastic; ready and willing to put in extra effort in a start-up environment to drive company success.<\/li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and strives to achieve quality, error-free work.<\/li>\n<li>Can-do, flexible attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work flexible hours on some weekends.<\/li>\n<li>Desirable: Travel industry experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).<\/li>\n<li>Location: Mountain View, California.
