Enrollment Coordinator, IILE<\/h1>\n

The Enrollment Coordinator reports to the Director at Bard\u2019s Institute for International Liberal Education (IILE). This full-time, hourly position is based at Bard College in Annandale, New York.<\/p>\n

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating application, enrollment, and pre-departure processes for participants on Bard\u2019s numerous study abroad and exchange programs. Responsibilities include online student application processing and visa support, transcript management, travel and insurance arrangements, general student support services work, and any other tasks as necessary in order to convert applicants to program participants and guide students through the pre-departure process. In addition to working with outgoing North American students, the Enrollment Coordinator also provides occasional support for incoming students, faculty, and staff from Bard\u2019s partner institutions and coordinates the Bard English Summer Language Intensive (BESLI) in August. Occasional evening and weekend work required.<\/p>\n

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, prior office experience, excellent computer skills including Microsoft excel and word programs; experience with Studio Abroad online application platform is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to follow through on administrative tasks in a timely manner are essential to this position, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently on a large volume of database work and be able to function as part of a team in a shared office environment.\u00a0 Start date is July 1, 2016<\/p>\n
