Job Description:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Arrange air tickets, hotels, transportation, making appointments, and coordinating tours<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Use the online reservation system GDS<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Respond to inquiries from clients<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Negotiate sales with airlines, hotels and other tour operators<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Sales calls to local and out of state corporate companies\/clients<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Communicate with clients<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Other duties as assigned<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements\/Preferences:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    1. U.S. Work Permit Required<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Native-level English speaking and writing skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Microsoft Office proficiency especially Word, Excel and Publisher<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Japanese language skills preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Familiarity to Japanese customs and culture preferred<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Bachelor Degree required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
