Our teachers receive ongoing training in the latest ESL methodologies, technologies and practices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Position Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Teach up to 25 hours per week<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Review, grade and mark student work and provide students with substantial and serviceable feedback on that work including any and all exams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Establish, promote and maintain a focused and productive classroom learning environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Promote student conduct in-line with policies detailed in the student handbook<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Provide formal, written reports on students&#8217; progress both mid-semester and at the end of each semester<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Participate in staff meetings, as called by the Center Director or Academic Manager<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Contribute to and participating in staff development sessions held in-Center<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">At least one year of ESL classroom teaching experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Excellent communication and organizational skills\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Flexibility and adaptability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Enthusiastic, punctual and organized<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Desired Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">CELTA, DELTA or other teaching qualification with practical training<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Experience teaching ESL to teens and adults<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Proficiency in classroom technology, including digital whiteboards\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Flexibility to teach in the mornings and\/or afternoons\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Application Process:\u00a0<\/strong>Only applicants who submit both a resume and cover letter will be considered.
