Projects,\u00a0works\u00a0for the U.S. Department of State funded English Language (EL) Programs administered by Georgetown University\u2019s Center for Intercultural Education to\u00a0support the following Office of English Language Programs (OELP) activities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">American English Webinar Series<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">The Community of Practice (COP), the (EL Programs social media platform<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">OELP Websites, Materials and Social Media Platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Job\u00a0Duties\u00a0<\/strong>(not limited):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Providing on-going technical and admin support for all aspects of the Webinar Series, including vetting of presenters and content development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Coordinating Webinar Series participant registration, attendance and email notification systems and strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Monitoring COP content<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Building COP content and expanding level of participant engagement on the COP<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Coordinating COP maintenance, technical revisions, and updates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Supporting content development for the American English Website, English Teaching Forum, and American English social media channels<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Participating in EL Programs outreach and alumni engagement, as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Master\u2019s Degree in TESOL or related field or BA degree in TESOL or related field with commensurate experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Experience administering online social media communities and\/or professional development sites<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Knowledge of digital technology platforms for the purposes of managing online communities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Experience working with web conferencing and virtual learning platforms, for example, but not limited to, Adobe Connect, WordPress, Go To Meeting, Ning, Edmodo<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ability to independently establish objectives, plan, direct, and evaluate all aspects of work projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Excellent writing and editing skills for the preparation of online materials, administrative reports, correspondence and program text<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Outstanding interpersonal oral and written communication skills with ability to interact and communicate in a positive manner with a diverse clientele, including universities, membership organizations, program participants and government employees<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Demonstrated effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless client service<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software applications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ability to travel both in the
