This includes greeting and welcoming visitors, answering questions, providing information about exhibits and programs, selling tickets, memberships, and catalogues. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Duties: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Processing ticket orders and gallery admissions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Selling memberships<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Light clerical duties<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Accepting packages<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assisting visitors, trustees, donors, and vendors on the phone and in person<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Assisting with related activities and projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Customer service experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Very good communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with the public<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ability to multi-task and to handle multiple phone lines<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Computer proficiency<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">General office experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Must be dependable and punctual<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Must be comfortable working in various work environments including outdoors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Knowledge of Japanese culture and\/or language is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Hours:<\/strong> The position is part-time, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
