The organization supports foreign companies planning to establish or expand operations in Japan. The Project Coordinator will be responsible identifying companies considering investing in Japan and introducing JETRO\u2019s services to potential clients. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The Project Coordinator will lead various business development activities in the JETRO San Francisco office and in conjunction with JETRO\u2019s other North American offices as necessary. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for administrative duties relevant to business development projects and information services (i.e. faxing, phone calls, etc.), including research and creation of special projects and reports, contact and project coordination with local partner organizations, networking with clients and organizations, and supporting JETRO produced events held periodically throughout the year. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Proactive self-starter<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Strong interpersonal and client service skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Good research skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce&#8217;s CRM<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Fluency in English language (Japanese is plus)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Valid Driver\u2019s License<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Visa Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Working Visa is required.
