The compulsory retirement age for part-time employees of the City of Hiroshima is 65.\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">The employment term will not be extended after March 31, 2021, in any case.<\/span>)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Working days and hours<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Working days and hours for a part-time employee are five days from Monday to Friday, from 9:15 to 16:00 (or 10:15 to 17:00), with a lunch break of one hour from 12:00 to 13:00, totaling 28 hours and 45 minutes per week, in principle. No overtime exceeding the total working hours will be requested, but an employee may be requested to start work or take a lunch break earlier or later than the regular time or change a non-working day to another day, as necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Non-working days<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, December 29 to January 3, and August 6<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Remuneration<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">237,400 yen per month (FY 2015)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Commutation allowance and bonuses will also be provided according to the regulations of the City of Hiroshima.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Welfare programs<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">The employee will participate in the health insurance plan, employees\u2019 pension plan, official casualties compensation plan, and the employment insurance plan.
