Other duties as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Required Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Requires a bachelor\u2019s degree in communications, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and\/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, writing, and promotion\/outreach<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">A minimum of two years relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function, good communication skills, and computer literacy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Requires proficiency in Chicago Manual of Style and Rutgers editorial style. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Knowledge of layout and design for brochures, websites, flyers, and newsletters, including knowledge of design and publishing programs such as: Adobe Photoshop, In Design, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sakai, Adobe Connect, Adobe Studio Abroad, Adobe InDesign Prezi, and others. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Familiarity and comfort with all forms of social media. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Must be able to work autonomously and manage time. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ability to use Windows and Mac computers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong>International experience.
