Our young and dynamic team is spread across offices in Shanghai, Beijing and London,\u00a0and we\u2019re now expanding our operation and moving into Japan!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\nResearch Trip to Japan<\/span><\/p>\n

23rd Dec 2015 \u2013 4th Jan 2016:<\/strong><\/span>
\nWork from home or a regional\u00a0office to summarise & consolidate research and present this to the company<\/span><\/p>\n

1st July 2016 \u2013 15th Aug 2016:<\/strong><\/span>
\nTrip to Japan to lead 2 x 2 week tours and 1 x 2 week research\/planning period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Creating a Japan itinerary for the Dragon Trip<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Providing options for hostels, activities and transport<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Developing a detailed cost-list for the trip<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Creating valuable contacts in Japan<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Guiding the first groups on the itinerary<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Making bookings and other arrangements for the first two trips<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Assist with legal setup of Japanese operation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Terms:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Directly reporting to company directors<\/p>\n

    Competencies:<\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Communication: excellent verbal and written communication is essential in addition to interpersonal skills<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Language: must have a high level of Japanese<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Proactive: can think outside the box and develop interesting new ideas<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Passionate: have a love for travel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Compensation:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      • All-expenses travel costs<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Return flights to and from Tokyo<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Spending money for the two trips listed above<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
