Overview:\u00a0<\/strong>This position entails a variety of responsibilities, including planning itineraries for overseas clients, handling communication and mailings, assisting visitors during their stay in Japan, and other duties as required.<\/span><\/p>\n

Character Traits:<\/strong>\u00a0Friendly, reliable, cool under pressure, quick study, service-oriented, creative.<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Strong sales and customer service skills a must. Excellent Japanese language skills a plus. Candidates from native-English-speaking countries (Canada, US, UK, Australia, NZ, etc.) preferred. Visa sponsorship possible. Knowledge of the Microsoft Excel and Word required.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Experience in travel planning, sales, and hospitality a plus (but not required).<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Certificates: travel agent, guide, translator will have a strong advantage.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Candidates without previous travel industry experience welcome to apply.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Working Hours:<\/strong>\u00a0Full-time: 40 hrs\/wk +<\/span><\/p>\n

    Salary:\u00a0<\/strong>JPY 3 million\/year (Overtime pay available)<\/span><\/p>\n
