The successful candidate would direct the division of Study Abroad Services within the University of Florida (UF) International Center (UFIC), working as part of the UFIC management team led by the UFIC Dean and the Executive Director. He\/she will manage a team consisting of an assistant director of study abroad and five study abroad advisors (reporting to the assistant director) and will participate in the advising process. Other responsibilities will include working directly with faculty members, department chairs, deans, and other administrators to develop innovative study abroad programs that complement and enhance the existing program portfolio.
