Prestigious Japanese cosmetics supplier seeks a Sales Representative. The company is one of the Japan’s top professional hair care brands.<\/p>\n

The company provides exclusive professional haircare brand that is widely used among beauty professionals not only in Japan and New York area, but also in several countries in Asia.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Job duties include, but not limited to: be in charge of 150 salons in NY(80%) and CT(20%), introduce new products, conduct education, invite studio seminars and other activity, open new account in the area, take orders, follow up shipping, and other basic customer service.<\/p>\n

Typical week will look like:<\/p>\n

Monday: At the office<\/p>\n

Tuesday-Friday: On sites<\/p>\n

Attraction Point : Great incentive plan is offered (up to 15-20 % )<\/p>\n

Preferred Experience and Skills:<\/p>\n

Native level English skill required (Japanese skill not required).
\nExperience in hair care products sales to salons OR Experience in door-to-door sales of cosmetics OR Experience in door-to-door sales is highly preferred.
\nValid driver\u2019s license required.
\nExcellent command of MS Word and Excel required.
\nMust be willing to learn.<\/p>\n

Salary: $40-55K (DOE)<\/p>\n

The company offers an incentive plan (up to 15-20% depending on the experience) in addition to the base salary.<\/p>\n

Benefit: Insurance, 401k, paid holidays (15 and up or 17 and up, DOE)<\/p>\n

Paid vacation days will increase as you work longer.<\/p>\n

Sick Days 6 days\/ year (Besides Paid Holidays)<\/p>\n

Other: This is an Exempt position.<\/p>\n
