Your Role with the Company:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The news translator is responsible for translating Japan\u2019s newspaper articles to English. The news articles to be translated include, but not limited to finance, economic, business articles. The translator is responsible for translating the articles in a timely manner so that it meets the deadline. The translation should be in a formal writing format which is used for newspaper. Also, the translator should have interests in events and situations in the world.<\/p>\n

  • Translating the Japanese news articles to formal English news articles before the deadline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Ability to read, fully comprehend Japanese news articles, and translate to English news article.<\/li>\n
  • Working knowledge of formal writing in English.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge and interest in finance, business, economic situations in the world.<\/li>\n
  • Team-work and communication skills (in Japanese and English).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Salary: $40-50K (DOE)<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
