There\u2019s a word that you\u2019ve been using, and it\u2019s time to let it go. Time to erase it from your vocabulary.<\/p>\n

You\u2019re not the only one who uses it. I do, too. We all do.\u00a0But it\u2019s holding you (and me) back.<\/p>\n

It comes up in conversation whenever we talk about our deepest dreams and aspirations. And it\u2019s almost always said with a sigh \u2013 a wistful and defeating release of air from the lungs.<\/p>\n

So what\u2019s the word?<\/p>\n

The word is\u00a0\u201cSomeday,<\/em>\u201d as in, \u201cSomeday<\/em>\u00a0I\u2019m going to…\u201d<\/p>\n

Just think about the last time you said it or heard it. For me, it happened just a few days ago. A friend of mine shared a magnificent dream that he wanted to pursue \u2013 a wonderful dream that\u2019s entirely doable. But then he used that word, \u201cSomeday.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>And he said it with that wistful sigh that always seems to tag along.<\/p>\n

But\u00a0someday<\/em>\u00a0is more than a wistful word loaded with longing. It\u2019s a glass ceiling that\u2019s meant to be shattered, and it\u2019s preventing you from taking hold of your future.<\/p>\n
