He\/she will provide excellent customer service to students and staff at our study abroad sites and internally within USAC.<\/p>\n<p>The Registration Coordinator reports to the Registration Manager in the Enrollment Services Department of USAC. This position is located at USAC\u2019s Central Office on the campus of the University of Nevada, Reno, where a staff of 45 manages the operations of a worldwide network of study abroad programs for college students throughout the United States. This position does not involve travel.<\/p>\n<p>Duties include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u2022 Mange work flow and quality control of course registration and grade reporting processes<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure accuracy of course information on USAC materials and website<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ensure accuracy of course registration for final grade reporting<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Advise current and past student on obtaining study abroad academic records<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate internship application process for specified locations<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare reports related to the above<\/p>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Familiarity with MS Office software and strong computer skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Collaborative and cooperative work style<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 High organizational, accuracy and attention to detail<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minimum requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1-2 years of consistent, relevant work experience<\/p>\n<p>Preferred:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Administrative experience in higher education<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Study abroad experience<\/p>\n<p>USAC is a nonprofit, university based study abroad organization.
