\nThe Program Assistant supports the operations of the Cronin Office of International Education. This is an entry level role in the professional field of international education that ensures that all international programs have consistent and relevant services and support. The Program Assistant serves as the first point of contact for students and visitors in a high traffic office, providing essential support to study abroad students and staff. S\/he oversees office management and reception and hires and trains student workers to carry out many office responsibilities. The Program Assistant reports to the Associate Director.<\/div>\n

The Center for International Students and Scholars (CISS) at Bentley University seeks a motivated and organized team-player with excellent communication skills to work with international students and scholars. The Assistant Director, CISS handles a wide variety of duties including advising\/assisting international students and scholars on adjustment, immigration, personal, financial and employment issues. This position helps to ensure the international students remain in legal immigration status and the school is in compliance with government regulations. The Assistant Director oversees the maintenance of immigration records in the student record system, the international student database, and the Department of Homeland Security’s Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).<\/div>\n
