May supervise subordinate staff, student employees and\/or volunteers.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525\"><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides international program advising and academic advising to all TTU students interested in study abroad and other international programs.<\/li>\n<li>Provides academic, registration and other support to international students and assists students in selecting a international program activity that works with their major, international interests and other constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Provides support to and communicates with WCOE international academic partners.\u00a0 Makes contact and initiates LOI.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and implements new international programs and projects (including faculty led programs, dual degree programs, faculty exchanges, international summer programs, student research programs, service abroad programs, &amp; reciprocal programs).<\/li>\n<li>Develops and implements workshops and classes to prepare students for study abroad activities.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts accounts reconciliation for study abroad programs, which includes collecting and maintaining balance data and managing balance process for reciprocal programs.<\/li>\n<li>Advertises international programs by develops promotional and marketing material and attending WCOE and IOA study abroad fairs and recruiting events.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates FLP:\u00a0 logistics planning and implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the study abroad academic credit equivalency process with the WCOE lead academic advisor, faculty and department advisors.
