This is a full-time position performing a wide variety of work activities related to B2B Invest-in Japan promotion and export to US promotion, including web marketing including social and SEM, project management, event coordination, etc.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Maintain\/update\/manage website, Facebook and Twitter, analyze their traffics and plan further strategies to make them more attractive for US target companies.<\/li>\n
  • Plan\/coordinate\/conduct\/implement events and projects to promote Japanese products, especially Food and Cleantech related products, to US market.<\/li>\n
  • Establish\/maintain well-communication with US buyers in certain area.<\/li>\n
  • Design\/Coordinate a wide variety of public relation materials of JETRO, including handouts, brochures, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Proofread a wide variety of English documents, including contents on JETRO\u2019s website, brochures, articles on JETRO\u2019s newsletter, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Other assistance to Director as requested<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Native level of English skills essential, business level of Japanese skills desirable.<\/li>\n
    • Background\/Knowledge of SEM, PPC and social media marketing essential.<\/li>\n
    • Experience\/Knowledge of Event Coordination desirable.<\/li>\n
    • Experience\/Knowledge of Data Analysis desirable.<\/li>\n
    • Competency in HTML, Adobe Suite Software (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)<\/li>\n
    • Interest in trade with Japan, business, economic political trends<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
