Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage student housing options including student residences and homestay hosts. Allocate students to appropriate accommodations. Assist students with accommodation-related issues. Perform other Student Services tasks as required.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Place students according to enrollment details and special requests<\/span>
\u2022 Confirm flight and arrival details<\/span>
\u2022 Develop strong relationships with current and future housing providers<\/span>
\u2022 Counsel students regarding incompatibility or complaints<\/span>
\u2022 Ensure quality of homestay program<\/span>
\u2022 Ensure student satisfaction with accommodations<\/span>
\u2022 Develop residential options in response to student feedback<\/span>

Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong>
\u2022 Minimum 3 years administrative experience<\/span>
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree required<\/span>
\u2022 Experienced database manager<\/span>
\u2022 Fluent in Outlook, Word and Excel<\/span>
\u2022 Excellent relationship builder<\/span>
\u2022 Good communication skills, ideally fluent in a second language<\/span>
\u2022 Dedicated to providing superior customer service\u00a0<\/span>
\u2022 Able to demonstrate first rate organizational and project management skills<\/span>
